Welcome to GBG METAVERSE.
The following agreement describes the terms on which GBG METAVERSE offers you access to its services.
This offer is conditioned on your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Service.

DEFINITIONS
Services – The GBG METAVERSE servers, websites, and related systems.

Land Ownership – Rights and privileges to geographical areas of GBG METAVERSE.
Land Rental – Rights and privileges to geographical areas rented from land owners inside GBG METAVERSE.
Skybox – A dwelling structure placed at high altitude, not normally visible from public access.
You – A registered user account with GBG METAVERSE.
Us – GBG METAVERSE (GBG).
Tier 1 – General GBG duties, DMCA investigations, griefing control.
Tier 2 – Technical staff, region restarts, grid restarts, etc.
CS – Customer Support system.
PG – No nudity allowed; mild violence and mild language allowed.
Mature – Nudity allowed; no hardcore sexual or pornographic content.
Adult – All sexual, pornographic, and explicit content allowed.
1. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT
GBG METAVERSE provides server access for a 3D online world.
GBG METAVERSE has no responsibility for the content you access through the service and does not guarantee accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content.
GBG METAVERSE assumes no responsibility for delays, deletion, or failure to store user communications, settings, or content.
2. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Information regarding your service usage will be kept confidential except:
- when required by law,
- when you explicitly agree,
- when used for general statistical purposes,
- for billing, collection, or enforcement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

- Infringe on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary rights.
- Send spam, junk mail, or pyramid schemes.
- Collect emails or data without permission.
- Transmit viruses, malware, trojans, or harmful code.
- Hack, scan, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
- Disrupt or degrade GBG METAVERSE services or networks.
- Violate any applicable laws.
- Harass or stalk other users.
- Collect personal data unlawfully.

Engage in or promote ANY child sexual content, including drawings, avatars, or simulations.
This results in immediate and permanent termination.
4. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GBG METAVERSE, its staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms,
- Your violation of any law or rights of others.
5. TERMINATION
GBG METAVERSE may terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or act inconsistently with the rules.
GBG METAVERSE is not liable for any consequences of termination.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GBG METAVERSE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or service interruption.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
